AEP coursework – holidays (5/6/08)
I painted this picture with watercolours. Winstor and Newton’s pan watercolours are so cool and professional!!! (PS: ignore the antenna-thingy on top of the woman’s head Huikin told me that uneven lines are not nice, and Guo Shu said that I should BOLD all my lines.
Here’s another one done in watercolour:

It’s very light… Well, considering this is my first attempt using watercolours to paint people, I would think it is rather okay
However, I do not really like the dark green apron outline (above the waistline) and the legs.
And I created this fella too
I made him out of Wei Ning’s unwanted clay bones, haha! Yup, i’m ridiculous!

A project in collaboration with HuiKin, An-ning, Xinyan. We got a little help from two of our classmates as well. We used brown crepe paper for the base, and pasted scraps of painted newspaper on top to form nice collages of the earth, a tiger, an elephant and a whale. We topped it off with some facts about the extinction of the animals. I did most of the earth, as well as the writing part.
The whole design looks super attractive and well-finished as compared to the other table designs…
